Pet Policy
We are a pet friendly community allowing dogs and cats. There is a two (2) pet maximum per unit. A $500 non-refundable Pet Fee is due prior to move-in, and there will be a $30 monthly pet rent per pet. Exotic pets and reptiles are prohibited. Qualified service animals are always welcome without additional rent. Veterinary documentation must be provided to include breed, weight once fully grown and current vaccination records at time of occupancy. The following is a non comprehensive list of dogs that are not permitted: Rottweilers, Chows, Dobermans, Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, Pit Bulls, and mixes of these breeds. Management has discretion regarding the Pet Policy.
Dogs will be required to receive a DNA test. The cost for the dog application/DNA testing is $50 per dog. The test will consist of a simple inner cheek swab completed by the pet owner in the presence of a management representative. The test will be used to track irresponsible pet owners who fail to follow the community guidelines regarding pet waste.
